The DEJORIS iPhone-App allows their users to comfortably manage their available working hours from everywhere. It provides an optimal overview of the actual working shifts. The App has been especially designed for employees. Now they are able to fill in their available working hours and to add comments such as time limitations. In step two the availabilities are transmitted to the personell planner who creates the app-based work schedule with the DEJORIS tool. Finally the app shows a summary of all the working hours now planned. The employees can easily confirm or decline the shifts assigned to them. Beyond that the app summarizes all the confirmed dates into working hours. If required they can be easily integrated into the iPhone calendar. Conflicting dates are displayed. Communication tools such as a message or news function enhance the app.
